Today we visited Grangetown to have a look around Clydach Street and the surrounding areas. We met with Jo from Art Shell and the other artists to see what they’re planning on doing at Clarence Hardware and at the billboards just across the road from Clydach street. We also met a lovely lady who was born on Clydach Street and has lived there all her life. She was quite young during the war but does remember a few things.
We recorded some electromagnetic waves from up and down the street so we’ll take those to studio and see what they sound like. We’re planning on sending out our letter to residents of Clydach Street in the next week, hopefully we’ll get some responses.
