CIVIC in Venice: Week Four - Vito's Focaccia
During the last few days of our residency we've been lucky enough to taste some of Vito's traditional home made Focaccia. It was delicious! And we've had two different types, two days in a row. We're just wondering why Vito has been keeping his culinary skills a secret for the last three weeks!
We're thinking of kidnapping Vito and bringing him home with us to make Focaccia at our show in Mission Gallery in September...
